We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Any orders (standard and express) received after 2:00 pm CST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

b&lu utilizes the US Postal Service and FedEx for shipping. There are various shipping/delivery options present at checkout.

If you would like an estimate of your international shipping cost and estimated delivery times prior to placing your order, please email your country and the item(s) and sizes you’re interested in purchasing at shipping@bandlu.com. We will reply back with a shipping quote and the estimated delivery time.

International customers will be responsible for paying any related duties and taxes upon delivery of their order. These duties and taxes vary in each country. b&lu has no control over what your country’s customs department charges you.

b&lu is obligated to declare the clothing purchase amount (excluding shipping cost) on all international orders.

Express orders must be placed by 12:00 pm CST for same day shipment. We will accept express orders up until 2:00 pm CST on Fridays to ensure they ship out before the weekend.
